We worked through business structuring; developing a superior fintech software solution (winner of two 2021 “Wealthies” awards); financial management; raising needed capital; negotiations with VC's; positioning for exit; closing the acquisition and winding down afterward. We were able to help AdvisorPeak find the perfect partner in Addepar and transition the entire team.

ControlQore has been designed from real world financial management challenges experienced everyday in the construction industry. Our comprehensive solution brings unparalleled financial control and transparency to General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, & Controllers.

BroodStack is actively collaborating with the ControlQore Team on their fintech product tailored for construction companies. The project is currently nearing completion of its Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage. We have provided extensive support throughout the process, including ideation, prototyping, fundraising, software development, and go-to-market strategies.
